Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kapture ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. The Platform
Kapture helps clients discover creators, send project requests, discuss proposals, and manage project messages, milestones, deliverables, and reviews. We are not a party to any contract formed between clients and creators.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kapture. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Kapture reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Creator Accounts
You can use one Kapture account as a client, a creator, or both. Creator mode lets you set up a public profile and share portfolio work.
5. Payments
Kapture’s current payment integration uses test-mode flows only. Live marketplace payments, escrow, platform fees, refunds, and creator payouts are not currently available through Kapture.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for illegal activity, harassment, spam, fake reviews, or manipulation of ratings.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. Rights to project deliverables must be agreed between the creator and client. Kapture claims no ownership over user-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kapture is not liable for disputes between clients and creators, the quality of delivered work, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
